When you choose to build a RAL house , half the work is already finished before you begin assembly!
SYSTEM
The Basic RAL Module consists of eight engineered timber Panels joined together to form an arch.   Roof and walls become one entity.
The components arrive on site , complete with hardware and including an illustrated Assembly Manual.

Two workers with a basic knowledge of Carpentry skills and standard tools simply bolt panels together.

The external Colorbond corrugated steel roofing and leaf free guttering system make RAL Homes virtually maintenance free.
Construct the base and timber subfloor, or alternatively a concrete slab can be used.
Bolting eight RAL Panels together, form an arch.  During this assembly, the pre-sanded Panel interior is simultaneously in position ready for staining or painting!
Finally, place Windows into position, lay triple insulation and screw the pre-curved Colorbond roofing to the structure.
The interior is then designed to individual taste. Simple partition walls, and prefabricated Wardrobes are useful in creating your layout.
